YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from jwfish.co.uk for a full refund. This does not apply to any items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL If a payment address cannot be verified with the card issuer we have the right to cancel your order. In order to prevent this from occurring always take care when entering your address in to the system and always use your billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your shopping basket. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received before 4pm will, subject to availability, be despatched on the following day for a 2 working day delivery. Those orders received after 4pm will be despatched on the day after the next day. UK DELIVERY Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within two working days.
